I picked up a 50ml bottle for just £6 ($9) at a local fragrance shop for that price it really is an excellent daytime fragrance.

Its fresh, very green and I can imagine smelling this on the beach somewhere in the sun. Ive had good comments and people have mistaken it for Diesel. It surprisingly projects for around 2-3 hours and lasts up to 5 or so on my skin!

Excellent cheap buy for the summer

A cheap enough fragrance to blind buy. It took a few wearings to understand the dominating note here. At first I thought of this as a Summer fragrance, mostly because of the name, but also because I smelled a lot of citrus. It's actually a minimal amount of citrus and a lot of woods. Mostly sandalwood, with some cedar as well.

The sandalwood in this fragrance is naturally smelling, which is quite a surprised. It's not sweet like most synthetic cheap sandalwood's. Quicksilver doesn't mock the sandalwood note, it IS sandalwood. It is a simple fragrance. Starts off with some citrus -- I pick up on the bitter orange and grapefruit, while I also get a fantastic sweet tangerine note in the opening. A little bit of thyme in there as well, but hard to pick up on.

Dissecting such a simple fragrance is really pointless here. It has a citrus top, and a dominating wood middle and base. An excellent choice, especially if you love sandalwood.

It's also inexpensive, I got a 1 oz bottle for about 8 bucks. Projection is great, longevity is around 6 hours.

dont be deterred by the price, this is a surprisingly good citrus woody scent. It starts off very citrusy and dries down to be woody, and slighty aquatic feeling. it lasts quite a long time too.Not an amazing frag, but i would expect a lot less for the price.

I give this one a thumbs-up. Pleasant, not heavy...Good for summer and outdoors. The top notes include a nice citrusy opening (grapefruit and bitter orange) with a touch of sea accords. The eucalyptus adds a nice "minty" background. The drydown is enjoyable with Australian sandalwood. I have to spray more than usual to get the effect and sillage that I desire. Still smells pleasant after 8-10 hours. Overall, this was a nice surprise. I tried it, liked it and bought it at TJ Maxx at a great price.

Dont be put of by the cheap price tag or the label - this ones a pleasant surprise. Nice Eucalyptus note, which loses its edge after about an hour to reveal a cool, minty fragrance....try it...............the drydown is better than the opening.......Not an absolute must have but a nice one to have in your collection

I really enjoy this marine/wood frag. It was a complete surprise like CoL had mentioned earlier. The opening of orange and grapefruit is quite nice, flowing into a clean eucalyptus and sandalwood accord. The company boasts the quality of sandalwood used and it shows. It has a very nice laidback drydown. After about 3 hours the scent hugs close to the skin, but seems to activate a bit more with perspiration. Great scent for active men.
