Reviews of All American| DutchSchwag NetherlandsShow all reviews | The initial blast is very pleasing indeed, a fresh aquatic fruity and woodsy fragrance that unfortunately all too soon fades away without a trace. Reminds me of Zirh in its fresh refinement but all too quick death. But in the flicker of its short life it certainly smells appealing and well-blended, drying down to a barely detectable woodsy end that leaves you reaching for another spritz. Wears very close to the skin and seems to flicker in and out and burn quickly to an end within a very short span of a half an hour. Smells inoffensive but leaves nothing really behind to carry it, All American is like the anti-fragrance fragrance to have, as it loses its scent before you reach the office, itīs the fragrance equivalent of wearing water but with a brief 10 minute bang that leaves you ultimately wanting more of a good thing. Unnecessary given its extremely short lifespan. 26th January, 2011. (Last Edited: 20th February, 2011.) |

Aimed towards the younger crowd, I would recommend this for anybody under the age of 30. This is just your basic cheap fragrance with an aquatic start and a woodsy finish. The base reminds me very much of Polo Sports, which I strongly dislike. This is something for someone on a budget, or perhaps somebody who likes the Stetson structure but wants something a little bit younger. 24th March, 2010. (Last Edited: 21st April, 2010.) |

Won't offend anyone and you probably won't draw any compliments, but you'll feel good. Like a football star :P. A solid addition to anyones cabinet. 25th September, 2009. |

The best you can say is that it's not another aquatic with its clear aspirations to warmth, but these aspirations aren't all that interersting as they emerge. All American? Why not call it "Vaguely Familiar." The Essence of Man? No comparisons to Brut here. This one won't jump start the economy. More like the Essence of Not Badness. 28th July, 2009. |
| Buzzlepuff United StatesShow all reviews | At first sniff you have to conclude that the Stetson perfumers decided we need another representative foray into the tropical fresh woody frag market that is dominated by Acqua di Gio and Polo Blue. Yep, this is the niche All American is trying for and after having dozens of others that have gone before to emulate, well they did a pretty good job with it. This fragrance works as well as any for this kind of thing. If you crave an ultra fresh spring and summer, sweet, soft yet silvery clean smelling synthetic sparkling spritzer - All American by Stetson certainly succeeds! 16th April, 2009. |
