Reviews of Heat

Salutation.

HEAT BEYONCE is,as its name suggests,a hot, warm and sultry fragrance.the scent is reminiscent of a teenager girl in a summer halter top strolling on a jersey shore boardwalk that bathes her in its smell: hot cotton candy, sticky saltwater taffy and a whiff of mega hold hair gel heating in the sun. Sweet, Vanillic,Modern, Pleasant,Creamy,Fruity and Sensual in a playful way.

A lush, heady and rich opening of peach, magnolia and orchid permeate ones senses, while the musk and almond makes a nascent sexuality.this blend with creamy amber and tonka bean in the base bringsa modern and too sweet scent who it is not bad but nothing too spectacular about it either.in one word nice.the dry down is not like a sophisticated oriental vanilla.

HEAT BEYONCE is definitely for a oriental taste. It smells like cotton candy with vanilla undertone.too sweet and girlie and it is a nice smell for a date.this kind of fragrances makes your lover want to hug you.anyway if you enjoy sugari sweet flavors scents. especially caramel and vanilla and you are not sensitive to sweet scents,i know you will love this youthful sweetheart fragrance.

Sillage?Nice.

Longevity?Average on my skin.

Candy floss (with a little burnt sugar) opening, merging into syrupy fuity-floralness, a small coconut interlude, finishing sweeeeeet. A concoction for the child woman. However, the times they are infantilizing – the ubiquity of this stuff is scary. Could also be the low price point, of course.

I really love this scent; I think its a great offering for a celebrity scent. Yes it is quite sweet but not in a childish way. It is sweet and sophisticated. It is quite heady and musky to me and it lasts all day. Smellls classy for its status and also the cost. Well done Beyonce!

It seems to be that you'll either love this fragrance or hate it. Like most celebrity scents, Heat by Beyonce is somewhat generic, however pleasant.

Although vanilla is presented well in this fragrance, the fruity notes tend to dominate. The peach and orange notes tend to be very sugary and synthetic, slightly headache-inducing when over-applied.

I wouldn't say that this fragrance is particularly sexy or fiery as the name would suggest. It's one of those scents that wear well during the day or out at night without being too outstanding or offensive. I see many young girls liking this fragrance and being the most targeted consumers.

I wouldn't have minded a little less sweetness here and perhaps some hint of spiciness, which in my opinion would have improved this fragrance greatly.

Beyonce has a rather strong personality, a lot of sassyness and female power. I'm a little disappointed that her fragrance doesn't portray this. Heat, in my opinion, is too safe for me to wear.

its reeaally sweet when you first spray it. should've been called 'candy' instead of 'heat' --because it has none.

Seriously, every Tom Dick and Harry just has to have their own scent these days. I wouldn't mind if they smelt unique or memorable. I was told this was a top seller at Macy's .Sweet, musky ,generic - for people who don't want to think about what they smell like but want to pretend they will get to be Beyonce for a a few hours. I doubt she wears this herself.
