This one did not work for me. Boring and inoffensive aquatic with weak lasting power, projection and sillage. Not worth it, there are much better options for hot seasons.
A sporty re-orchestrated version of the Original Kouros that is centralized over a sort of invigorating lemony/ozonic central chord and a final soapy/light ambery and cedary (cedarwood i suppose) dry down. May be a touch of incense (or anyway some dusty element) is comprised in the blend on the side of sharp floral patterns. The juice holds on basically sharp till the end of the trip. Pleasant for the cooler days this scents becomes an alternative for the lovers of the genre.
Energizing Tonique quickly breaks out of the orbit of the original, but lacks the character and quality to make a mark in its own right.
It all begins promisingly enough, a crisp citrus opening, lightly composed and positively eager to please. However, it quickly becomes apparent that this is largely all that there is going to be. A skin dwelling fragrance that perhaps may be of use in climes featuring high temperatures and humidity. To anyone else, this variant of Kouros is largely superfluous.
It's only likely to be purchased by relatives mistaking it for the original, or by collectors as yet unbowed by the seemingly inexhaustible supply of flankers.
i got this from debbos, on a special offer and boy is it nice, its the total opposite of the original kouros , its fresh light airy, easy to wear and not at all cloying, last a good 6- 8 hrs on me, and stays close to the skin for longer,
With all positive reviews I sprung for a blind buy.
There is not much to hate here but it's just not very special.
Strongly recommend a sample first. Good chance you may find either the scent or the longevity too lacking to like.
