Juicy, sweet, realistic citrus with a sharp brightness from the ginger and a bit of that fruity herbal cardamom smell. It's pleasant, and using the ginger to keep things bright is a clever trick (most citruses dull with time and end up smelling fake and Mandarin doesn't). It lasts all day but doesn't do much. If you're a fan of long-lasting citruses like Bond No 9's Little Italy, Mandarin may be an alternative, but fans of classic colognes, with their flowers and woods and complexity, will likely find Mandarin pleasant but a bit boring as the day wears on.
Thumbs up for long-lasting citrus, but with the warning that this may get a little tedious. But perfect if you just want to smell like sweet spicy oranges all day.
