"Beach Alien" (as this was nicknamed by Evangeline) has a tart note of kiwi fruit in the opening, joined some minutes later by vanilla. lt is not really recognisable as related to Alien, although there are shades of Alien's woody white amber in the mid-phase. l don't get any jasmine, but after an hour there's a creamy orchid, & later on a powdery, sugary vanilla in the base. The sillage is good, & it lasts around eight hours on me.
l'm giving this a neutral because it's too fruity for my personal taste, but the kiwi note is very authentic, & the orchid phase is very nice. lt's just too different to the original for me to really enjoy it as a summer version of Alien, but those who dislike Alien may love it.

This opens with a bright, almost realistic kiwi note. That "almost" is actually a big complement coming from me, since I have never smelled a fruity note in a fragrance that was actually like the real thing.
The kiwi is bright and quite watery and gives a nice tropical vibe. Then in the heart the orchid and the jasmine make a beautiful combo. The jasmine is much more realistic than the pumped up intergalactic jasmine in the original EDP. The vanilla and orchid give it such a beautiful tropical feel. This fragrance has something almost salty, like a summer breeze from across the ocean.
I think that must be the amber-cashmeran combo, because I also find a salty note in the original, only there it is more liquorice-like.
The amber, vanilla and cashmeran give this fragrance a wonderfully sweet base. Much sweeter than the original.
To me, this is tropical summer at its finest. Perfectly suited for cooler summer evenings and nights. On a hot day, I would recommend Alien Aqua Chic
This is no watered down verison of Alien EDP, in fact, they don't have much in common once you smell and compare them. People who do not like the original, might fall in love with this one.
I think it can still be found at some online shops.
