Reviews of Café Chantant

There is one review of Café Chantant.
Fragrances by Italian niche line Nobile 1942 are characterized by sobriety and good taste, airy, sultry bouquets and names referencing to the world of Operas, such as “Casta Diva”, “Anonimo Veneziano”, “Vespri Esperidati”, “La Danza delle Libellule”.
“Caffè Chantant” fits perfectly the line: it derives its name from the places where early '900 gentlemen used to meet in the night, to enjoy the "Sciantose" (starlettes) dancing and singing. The mood in these places used to be young, festive, light, and above all, fun. And the pyramid of this scent conveys just the same feeling: floral and powdery with heliotrope and orris, (the Sciantose make up and feathered costumes), sweet and liquor-y with cherry, vanilla, aniseed (the gentlemen's drinks, the delicacies provided by the kitchen), and a little smokey with benjoin (the gents smoking cigars). CC is joie de vivre into a scent. It's an edp, so it's quite diffusive and long lasting. Definitely a must-try for lovers of gourmand yet elegant/grown up scents!
