Best Fragrance House: Chanel

CHANEL NO. 5 was created by Ernest Beaux in 1920 and 80 years on it still tops the best seller lists all over the world.

It was launched in 1921 in Paris. Chanel gave away hundreds of bottles to her top customers. They loved it and had to return to buy more! A classic, and a new perfume house, was born.

One of the reasons that Chanel wins this award with such regularity is that if the only fragrances you owned were from the house of Chanel you would have something to suit all occasions.
