Best Men's Fragrance packaging: Bleecker Street by Bond No. 9

All of Bond No. 9 fragrances come in the same shape bottle, so why in particular was Bleecker Street chosen as best fragrance packaging? We think it may have something to do with the stunning green and purple 'blast' design by artist, Rachel Katz which made this one stand out.
Runner up was Dior Homme .
