Just tried this has a nice top note that balances bergamot and truffles (sweet citrus and salty). Then it quickly devolves into something that smells like Pixie Stix!

Iris39 and Labdanum18 are next on my list and I've read great things about both. I like the line so far, it is more interesting than most mainstream options but I feel perfectly comfortable wearing them. I'm still working up the courage to try Oud 27 again...

I tried a variation. I sprayed the tile wall of my tub - not where the shower spray would hit but where heat and steam could accelerate its spread. Not only a great shower but nice smells the rest of the day.

    Thanks again.

Bermuda ATM which means shipping practically quadruples the cost and the wait time. It's a major pain. I've never ordered from LuckyScent before, are they consistent?

A sample from LuckyScent. Where are you located?

Thanks so much for the suggestions. I'm sure I've found the Givenchy around before. That second one sounds just amazing! Where did you find it?

I'm sure it won't be offensive smelling because it'll be focus group tested from here to next Tuesday like all popular frags. What truly disturbs me is that when I was young I always wanted to smell like my mother or glamorous Aunts, what in the world is going on that young girls might want to smell like Justin Beiber?

Whatever ad copy crap someone might come up with, noting can excuse the crass profiteering that is a perfume release aimed at pre-teen girls adorned with a cartoonish homage to a woman's anatomy and approved by a teen boy. I was wondering where 'the line' was and it seems we've found it.

The whole enterprise is a bit naff, no question.

Let's face it, every street corner in the Western world is going to reek of this; we can only petition the perfume gods and hope that, by some miracle, it ends up halfway decent.

My aunt (who had dry skin) wore this when I was a child.(1980's)I think that as it's very sweet that as long as it is applied lightly no one should have any cause to take offense.--Now if you want a lot of seat space SPRAY LIBERALLY!(I feel like I should have a little devil emoticon here )( a Moo-oo-ah-ah AH! sound effect would be great too)

Dry down schmy down - Eau Sensuelle is pretty but boring and sweet enough to boarder on annoying. If the dry down is more interesting its taking too long to get there. Decided to spray Kingdom, Alexander McQueen on top and I'm liking the combo although Kingdom is kicking Eau Sensuelle's arse all over the place. The vanilla sweet heart base warms up the 'cold' Kingdom, and the odor of sex and body that everyone talks about in Kingdom makes more sense now. Though I still don't think it's strong enough to warrant all those comments about Kingdom smelling like a LLP.

Not only is it like nails on a chalk board but it's so terribly ironic! They look at the grad student with a low budget as though I am some how unworthy of their time - when I am already possessed of more knowledge on their product then they are!

Meanwhile I must beg with a sweet and innocent smile for samples and decants They usually only have samples for the latest designer marketing push, but there's the occasional gem among them!

Chin up PremierT - chin up. A broken heart is just a memory, though you can't acknowledge that right now and 25 is just a number but you might not see that now either.

Experiences - that's what's happening. A friend once asked me, have you lived 'x' number of years
or lived the same thing 'x' number of times. You'll survive.
