It's been a while since I got on my little soapbox here and babbled about cologne. Here's quick notes on some of my recent additions in the last couple of months.
Allure Homme Sport (Chanel) --
This is probably going to be my "go to" fragrance for the Spring/Summer months. Not a whole lot to say about this that hasn't been said. Besides, if it's good enough for Lemmy, it's good enough for me. ;-)
Just ordered my first Creed and went with Virgin Island Water. I gave in because of the weather. Well, that and $20 off an already nicely priced tester from a reputable site with free shipping helped sway me too.
Today is the first not bitterly cold day in New York City (I didn't have to wear a silly hat walking around to keep my ears warm). Figure if I really start itching for the summer to start, I can give myself a spritz of this while I'm plopped in front of the computer or

I just got a sample of Bond No. 9's Wall St. From just smelling it in the vile, I really (REALLY) like it. Looking forward to giving it a proper try. This could be my go-to work scent for the spring. :-)
So I wore the Pure Malt not once, but twice. Not much I can say that hasn't been said, but it's some good stuff!
Just got back from a weekend in Las Vegas. Aside from the usual attractions the city has to offer, I got to try Dior's Leather Oud. That's very quickly moving to the top of my wish list. :-)
So the Pure Malt came in a couple of days ago. I like it much (MUCH) better than Angel Man. Although the extent of wear that it got was just a spray on my arm the day it came in.
It's a snowy day in NYC and I have a bunch of errands to do in town today. I'm going to give it a proper try. I'll report back.
