I really wasn't thinking about perfume. I was trying to finish my dictations. However, my co-worker was talking away, ". . . blah blah blah. . . perfume sale. . . blah blah blah." If I had ears like a dog, they would have perked up.
I was waiting for a laboratory result anyway, so I went over to the place she was talking about, where they were holding a perfume sale at work. And that was where I found it. I really wasn't even expecting to find anything I liked. I kind
Again, my web log serves as a confessional. Oh, why do I feel so dirty?
Three years ago, a benevolent swapper at MakeUpAlley sent me a sample of Must de Cartier parfum, but she also sent me a small vial of "a dupe." I was really busy at the time, and I didn't have a chance to sample either parfum or "dupe." I had a hard time finding threads about Must de Cartier on Basenotes lately, as it seems the search function was not working well for a few days. When it did finally work, I really didn't find much about it. So, I went searching on MakeUpAlley.com. My search there caused me to re-open the question I've visited time and time again -- "Why do I like the scents that I do?"
The interesting thing about reviews on MakeUpAlley is that users have an option to list their age-range.
My husband was the one who reminded me that it was the last space shuttle launch. He had set his alarm, he said, to watch it, but as is usual when one has a toddler who doesn't wanna sleep until the wee hours of the night, we slept through the alarm. Anyway, it makes me just a tad bit sad to think that the space shuttle program is ending, and yet I understand all things are finite. Even a multi-million dollar spacecraft.
I have to come to grips with the fact that time is linear
