I purchased this thinking that it would be sealed in a box. Instead the item was not sealed and packaged in a cheap plastic makeup bag. Since it wasn't sealed, I have no idea if someone has used it before (it feels full) and in correspondence with Cosmetics Plaza, they told me that this is the way it came and that it was new.

It completely sucks because I bought this as a present.
