Outdoor Skin Care
by Kimberly Sayer, 01 April 2003
"What regimen would you recommend for people working outdoors in the cold and wet?"
Jason K , Toronto
Kimberly Says: Firstly I would recommend a moisturizer to protect the skin from the harsh elements. My light moisturizer is protective enough to add a nice light layer against the harsh weather aspects.
Secondly, if your skin is really dry and chapped I would hightly recommend using a heavier cream either at night or both day and night. My aromatic night repair cream is formulated to repair dry chapped skin, with its base of shea butter. It also contains botanicals to really hydrate below the surface layer of the skin. Also, if you have a build up of dead dry skin cells on the surface layer of the skin, you cannot hydrate properly as this acts as a dead barrier against any cream, or moisuturizer. My almond and lavender scrub was created to fill a void that no other company has filled. A scrub that is gentle but effective enought to be used everyday. This will leave your skin soft and allow the moisturizer and cream to penetrate the surface layer and heal your dry skin.
Also recommend an eyegel for fine lines and wrinkles. The triple plant eyegel contains my patent pending ingredient "plant psuedocollagen". This tightens and allows the organic moisuture binding process to happen internally through natural cell renewal. ![]()
