    • Designer Parfums are a London-based company, owned by Shaneel Enterprises. In 2003 the company acquired Ocean Dream fragrance brand - originally launched 1996 by Giorgio Beverly Hills. Since then, a men's scent and a second women's scent (Coral) has been added to the brand.

      Since 2002, Designer Parfums have been the manufacturer and distributor of Parfums Francesco Smalto
