Owned by Shiseido, ZIC originally stood for Zirh International Corp, and was responsible for the Zirh, John Varvatos and FCUK lines.

Since Shiseido's divestiture of Zirh in 2007 and the ending of the FCUK license in 2006, ZIC is left with Varvatos.
