For inspiration, I turn to a few lines from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol:
"Running to the window, he opened it, and put out his head. No fog, no mist; clear, bright, jovial, stirring, cold; cold, piping for the blood to dance to; Golden sunlight; Heavenly sky; sweet fresh air; merry bells. Oh, glorious. Glorious."The notes this conjures for me, at least, would include clean, natural scents like juniper and balsam, perhaps spiced up by ginger and brightened by a less common, special occasion citrus like plum or cranberry.
An uplifting scent for people with reason to celebrate!
