• Diorling back as part of "Les Creations" line

Dior are relaunching their fragrance, Diorling, as part of the Les Créations de Monsieur Dior line. Dior's perfumer François Demachy has brought the fragrance in-line to the current IFRA regulations, and we are waiting to hear from Dior as to how this differs from the original.

Diorling was originally launched in the early sixties as a tribute to Dior's "love of English refinement". It is said to evoke an English garden in bloom.

Diorling contains notes of Calabrian Bergamot and Egyptian Jasmine, with patchouli and leather notes.

Diorling is available in the UK at the end of January 2012.

      brought into IFRA compliance?
i cannot for a moment believe that it is anything like the original powerhouse.
      i hope i'm wrong.
      but i doubt it.

waiting to hear what those who try it say...

Harper, of course any remake of a vintage will never smell like the original!!
Many oils are now either banned or redundant but, I must say, the feel of the fragrance
is very much keeping in the original style of Dior products of the 60's.

Looking forward to hearing your take!

Harper, of course any remake of a vintage will never smell exactly like the original - that is impossible.
