In December 2006, German perfume and cosmetics manufacturer Maurer + Wirtz acquired four perfume brands from the Procter & Gamble subsidiary Muelhens: 4711, Tosca, Sir Irisch Moos and Extase were all sold to the Stolberg-based firm pending approval by antitrust authorities....
