This is the last perfume I bought from a department store - before I embarked on my sample buying voyage: samples of scents not available retail in Australia.
Nice. Essentially nice, but nothing to fall in love with (as I have with Bal a Versailles and Musc Ravageur since then).
Armani Code Luna would make a reasonable summery fragrance, I suppose.
I love a down and dirty musk, but all I got from this was musk sticks. For non-Australians: confectionery. Sweet, sweet and sugary musk-adjacent sweetness. Not a hint of animalic tendency. It must be skin chemistry at fault.
As someone said, 'sour and dusty' ... on me, at least. My lasting impression was of a blast of frankincense, which isn't mentioned in the notes.
