L'Eau is a nice warm weather fragrance--very crisp, clean, and like others have mentioned, uncomplicated. It smells like a refreshing summer cocktail of vodka with orange and grapefruit juices and wedges of honeydew melon.
I'm still deliberating whether or not this scent is wonderful or atrocious. It acts as Jekyll/Hyde on me. The first time I wore it, the scent was intoxicating-- a silky soft cedar and moss. I couldn't stop smelling my arm and smiling at it's loveliness. The second time I wore it, I kept receiving a strong whiff of alcohol and a chemical smell not unakin to a household cleaner. The third time, I smelled like hotcakes drowning in syrup and powdered sugar. Perhaps I was overzealous in my application the second and third times? If only I could recover the original aroma, I might never stray again.
