I agree that it is not a stand out fragrance. The scent softens after the first impact to become a warm and subtle. It is not awful, but unfortunately there is nothing striking and intriguing about it either.

I get initial kick of vanilla with old citrus. Warms on the skin leaving a very synthetic musky 'cheap' odour. A little bit of cardamon buried in there. The sillage is not that good. There are more intriguing citrus/spice fragrances out there.

I just used my last spray. The bottle is now empty.
I have had a wonderful love affair with Philosykos the past year. I loved the earthiness of it, mixed with the unique sweetness of figs. A great scent for summer - but I found it warm enough for winter and night wear.

The one gripe that I have with it though is the sillage is not that long, a few hours max from my skin.
