I really like this fragrance, but I get a different impression than Nathan214.

To me it starts out violet (African violet?) with a green almost earthy scent. Over time the greenness fades and the violet gets sweeter and more full/rich. It is a concentrated oil, stays close to the person and lasts a long time... but not too long and doesn't become cloying.
