Index Red Currant Basil by Fresh
Sometimes I like it, other times, I just can't get the thought of smelling like Lemonheads out of my mind. Either way, I agree with tmp: go sparingly, it definitely packs a punch. I'm just not sure how I feel about it yet.

Serpentine by Roberto Cavalli
I found this one to be kind of dissapointing. It starts off smelling a lot like Armani Sensi, but the dry down doesn't have any intrigue. It's alright, but I had to pass on it. I'd choose Sensi instead.

Allure Homme Sport by Chanel
I'd never smelled this before until this guy walked past me at a restaurant and I caught a whiff of it. I had to stop him and ask what he was wearing. Very good choice.

Acqua di Giò pour Homme by Giorgio Armani
This is completely ubiquitous for a reason. I think it's fantastic. I usually dislike men's colognes, which I feel can be too heavy and overbearing (doesn't help when the wearer bathes himself in it, either). But I had a boyfriend who wore this, and I just about died. For a men's cologne, it's light but impacting. Unless your body chemistry makes it smell like trash, guys really CANNOT go wrong with this one.

Hypnôse by Lancôme
I wouldn't spend full-price on this when you can probably get it for $10.99 at CVS or something. I think it's a DEAD RINGER for Vanilla Fields by Coty, with the strong notes of vanilla and vetiver. I was so disappointed with this when I tried it on and it brought me back to how I used to spritz Vanilla Fields before I went to sleep as a middle schooler, circa '95. Although the notes do make a pleasant scent, I'm just sad that Lancome completely lacked originality on this one.

Christian Lacroix by Christian Lacroix
Although I love the shell-shaped bottle, the smell does nothing for me. My mother gave it to me as a gift, bless her heart, but it's just not my scent. It's green (which I'm finicky about anyway) with woody undertones, but it smells like Robitussin to me.

Kenneth Cole New York Women by Kenneth Cole
This one holds a special place in my heart. It was the first real perfume that I bought for myself during my first real internship. I love the oriental citrus smell that it has and the leather gives it a little in-your-face kick. I wore it all during my summer in Minneapolis, but I've had to abandon it for the likes of Armani Sensi and Burberry for Women. I've had it for about 4 years now, and I think the scent turned on me. The last time I put it on, the balance was all out of whack. I might scavenge up another bottle, though, for old time's sake. Oh, and the bottle design is definitely unique.

Amor Amor by Cacharel
Saw this at the department store, tried it out, and I have to give it a huge thumbs down. It's way too sweet for me. It reminds me too much of the Bath and Body works "fruit sprays" I used to wear when I was in middle/high school. That and Jolly Ranchers.

Armani Mania for Women by Giorgio Armani
Be warned, this can be a pretty heady scent. I would definitely categorize it for winter wear instead of summer. But I like it. It's a woody, spicy fragrance that lasts a pretty long time, but there's enough hints of vanilla to tone it down, lighten it up and make it feminine. This is definitely for someone who likes to get noticed, as the fragrance stands out (but in a good way, of course).

Sensi by Giorgio Armani
Although I don't wear this one every day (I usually choose fragrances depending on my mood), I love this fragrance. The top notes of lime leaves gets me every time. It's beautifully crisp and fresh within the first few minutes of applying, but it warms down to this powdery vanilla as the day wears on. I've gotten great compliments on it at work as well.

Burberry for Women by Burberry
I love this scent. I'm surprised by it every time that I wear it. I usually put it on when I'm feeling happy and it's sunny outside. Great for the day and light enough for the office.

V by Valentino
This is a nice warm scent for everyday wear. It smells well enough to get noticed in a good way and it's not offensive to anyone. It starts off as a light citrus and dries to a long-lasting, pleasant woody scent. I'd have to agree, if you like Hugo Deep Red, this one should be up your alley, it's just not as heady. (V for day, Deep Red for night) I love the shape of the bottle and it's reasonably priced, so I'd definitely recommend.

Hugo Deep Red by Hugo Boss
I love the smell of this, and guys always give positive comments about it. It's powerful yet light at the same time. I'm almost finished with my bottle and will get a new one online pretty soon. It's great for date night and feeling sexy, confident and fiery.
