| | Cool Water Game by DavidoffIt is a long lasting fresh scent; a fruity version of classic Cool Water. It is Fruity but manly, too. All the phases of the scent are sensual. Nothing disturbing from top to base .It lingers almost 24 hrs on clothes and more than 6-7 hrs on the skin. The exact notes are as follows. 12nd July, 2010. |
| | Animale Animale for Men by Animale ParfumsAnimale Animale and Amen have similar conclusions but the former is less tormenting than the later. 26th September, 2009. (Last Edited: 28th September, 2009.) |
| | Fuel For Life pour Homme by DieselIf you like Body Kouros, and Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin, whick are all Annic Menardo’s creations this is definetely the one that you will like, too. Diesel Fuel For Life is an exceptionally long lasting fragrance with pretty much sillage. It is more fruity and fresher than the other two. 1st August, 2009. (Last Edited: 8th April, 2010.) |
| | Jaïpur Homme by BoucheronI have tried EDT. It is a strong one with mixed spices in the opening which give it highly oriental character. Maybe, it is too much for a person like me who lives in touch with an oriental society because it is more or less associated with traditional or religious spheres of the oriental life. However, the middle and base notes start to divert from this excessive oriental line for me to a more sensual one similar to that of Pi, which can be more acceptable and familiar for many. It is quite long lasting for an EDT and its sillage should be satisfactory. I can't imagine its EDP version. Both should be used sparingly. I will give it a neutral for its opening notes which are disturbingly too oriental for me, so try before you buy it. 1st August, 2009. (Last Edited: 26th September, 2009.) |
| | Chrome Legend by Azzaroa long lasting fruity and sweet aquatic, but quite different from the original Chrome 3rd January, 2009. (Last Edited: 21st January, 2009.) |
| | Bogart pour Homme by Jacques BogartIt might be too powerful if appllied without caution, it has enough projection and lasting power to put many other frags into shame, the dry down is really sensual. Still, test before buying. 28th December, 2008. (Last Edited: 18th January, 2009.) |
| | H.M. by Hanae Morisweet, lemony, rosy, you can get some chocolate at the dry down, it seems to disappear after a couple of hours but reappears surprisingly, so it has decent longevity. 16th November, 2008. (Last Edited: 15th September, 2009.) |
| | Rochas Man by Rochasif you love vanilla and milky coffee notes, you should try it, it is also long lasting especially on clothes. To me, it is much safer form of Angel Men as far as the opening notes are concerned. 25th August, 2008. (Last Edited: 10th September, 2008.) |
| | Body Kouros by Yves Saint Laurentopening notes are ok but it fades away too quickly and doesn't last on my skin. Still, it is a nice fragrance. 5th April, 2008. (Last Edited: 15th April, 2008.) |
| | A*Men / Angel Men by Thierry MuglerThe opening notes are a bit disturbing, but you have to be patient to discover the real gem, so the dry down is excellent and long lasting. It is much better on the skin than it is on the clothes. 5th April, 2008. (Last Edited: 15th April, 2008.) |
