Body Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent

I really enjoyed this, the opening was pleasant and strong, after 2 hours i felt it was going a bit talcum powdery on me, but that note then died a little and i was left with a fantastic drydown. It must be m skin chemistry but this lasted very very well on me, about 8 hours, (obviously closing in a bit more, but the smell was preserved well). perhaps in warm weather it could be a bit cloying, but i would deem it suitable for nightime and evening.

Calvin Klein Man by Calvin Klein

While I found this highly generic, I found it fairly competent and inoffensive if used sparingly.

Brit by Burberry

The fruitiness of this frag really caught my nose, i tried some in a shop without realising it was feminine until i first smelt it after spraying. I agree it is a busy scent, but i found it pleasant and not harsh in any way, not in the top notes anyway, or maybe they just faded quickly

Lacoste Elegance by Lacoste

I tried this on my wrist, and on me, it smelt similar to Boss Bottled, with poor longevity and a boring drydown, a shame.

Dunhill Edition by Alfred Dunhill

I was eager to try this, but i was bitterly dissapointed, perhaps its my skin, but after an hour it just smelt like warm vegetables, the opening was slightly better though made me think of an old man with a leather breifcase on the orient express. Perhaps i will have to try it again to decide.

Cerruti pour Homme by Cerruti

I tried this fragrance on my wrist at an airport recently, after the first sniff, my right nostril was literally hurting! I went to the toilet to try and wash as much off as possible, it was like someone smashing brick into my nose!

Polo by Ralph Lauren

I first tried this fragrance two years ago when i was only 17, It really grew on me, not flowery or sweet, but very rich and deep. I was at a party once, where a loud girl was going up to all the men, grabbing them by the collar, sniffing their necks and announcing what the guy was wearing "(sniff) oh, hugo boss! typical" etc. then she came to me and couldnt work out for anything what i was wearing, although she said she knew polo, maybe just smelt different on me.
