Rocabar by Hermès

Rocabar is my summer fragrance. Bright and crisp the green woody notes with the soft vanilla base notes balance the spikey top notes. The lasting power of Rocabar is terrific, even after cantoring horseback in Central Park, this one lasts and just gets better. Maybe not for everyone, but everyone should give it a try.

Un Jardin en Méditerranée by Hermès

Un Jardin is the most fresh and original fragrance I have come across. Combinations of berry & green notes mixed with clean ocean air make this one totally unique. Hermes strives to be original and Un Jardin lifts the bar even higher. Fantastic for both men and women, the crisp and *natural* fragrance (not artifical or sweet)is perfect for both men and women. In my opinion, you can wear this one all year long, warmer months to freshen things up, and in colder months to lighten the mood. One of the best on the market period.

Bel Ami by Hermès

Bel Ami among the very unique Hermes fragrance family is a knockout. I first experienced this irresistable rich and leather fragrance when I first met my parnter. Leather, amber and ylang ylang this fragrance is unmistakeably sexy, warm and confident. Like most Hermes fragrances Bel Ami is elegant and confident. Great for colder weather seasons.

B*Men by Thierry Mugler

It's good business sense in fashion to back your bottom line by profitable categories such as fragrance. The reworkings of both Angel/women and A*Men/men will be successful. Both original fragrances have a long standing loyal customer base. No wonder considering that the original fragrance offerings by Mugler were and still are completely unique in the marketplace. B*Men is no exception. Where I found A*men to be too sugary, B*men is given weight by spices and spiked with fresh green notes. I can now enjoy the former qualities of A*men I liked, but with the spicy edges weighty basenotes I prefer for myself. Holding the rubber flacon is an experience in and of itself. As with all things Mugler, B*Men may be not be for everyone- but for those who will love it, they won't leave it. A winner!
