Zirh by Zirh

Very green and fresh. However a tad boring. It doesn't present with anything new and really offers no lure. If you want to go with a safe non-offensive choice, buy it, otherwise spend your money elsewhere.

Gendarme Sky by Gendarme

Sky blasts you in the face with a lemony soapy scent and stays that way for several hours. The citrus note then fades away leaving a clean soap scent left. It has great sillage and lasts a while, but the scent just isn't doing it for me.

L'Eau d'Issey pour Homme Intense by Issey Miyake

I thought I would like this scent since on paper it had a great incense smell. But after I sprayed it on myself, the incense disappears in a few short minutes and your left with a weird synthetic sweet scent. A few hours after that, it drys down to a nice floral. If only I could take out those midnotes and extend the topnote, than it would be great. But otherwise, this scent isn't worth it.

parfums*PARFUMS Series 3 Incense: Kyoto by Comme des Garçons

The spray goes on almost invisible at first. I can detect some slight floral sweet notes, but that's it for its topnote. But in a few minutes, the fragrance starts reacting and amber with some cedar starts wafting. Several minutes after that, it dries down to a wonderful incense that doesn't get directly in your face like the Avignon.

The scent seemed almost too light when I applied it the first time. I was worried that it would disappear on me quickly, but somehow it endured and stayed around forever and a day. The scent stays pretty close to the skin, but with a light breeze, there shouldn't be any problem with the sillage.

Seasons Greedings by The Goth Rosary

The Seasons Greedings is interesting with definite sweetness. But unfortunately the smell of pines seems synthetic producing more of a pine-sol type smell in the background.

Vanilla Hell by The Goth Rosary

If you took vanilla cream and set it on fire, the resulting bubbling brown sugar remains is what this would smell like. Slightly heavy with caramelized sweetness, it's actually quite pleasant to wear. Perfect for those that are looking for a somewhat darker vanilla scent.

Gothic Rose by The Goth Rosary

Gothic Rose has a deep dark scent that's associated with roses that many other rose fragrance can't capture properly. It's actually quite refreshing for a change. The scent stays heavy and close to the skin, which unfortunately makes it so that it is actually hard to smell unless you're nose is right in it.

Terre d'Hermès by Hermès

TdH is an interesting fragrance. It goes on with a sharp acrid citrus and a single spray goes a long way. I really didn't enjoy the topnotes, but once the smell of grapefruit subdued and the patchouli came out more, the drydown becomes fantastic. The scent lasts forever and a day which is a definite plus. Unfortunately, this fragrance gives me a headache so that I can't bring myself to truly appreciate it.
