Paloma Picasso / Mon Parfum by Paloma Picasso

I have just purchased a bottle of EDT and although the bottle is awfully cheap looking, the scent is everything but.
It starts a bit harsh and strong, there's also a peroxide note in the top, which might be responsible for some unpleasant associations, but unless you bury your nose in the perfume soaked skin it won't harm your sense of smell. Anyway it disappears in a couple of minutes and leaves a very elegant and sophisticated scent behind.
Use it with moderation and respect it for what it is - a beautiful chypre for grown-up women.

    Anaïs Anaïs by Cacharel

I wasn't using it in my teenage years although I am in the right age group, and it somehow went past me and became a classic before I really gave it a try. And now when I'm in my forties I fell in love with this oh so romantic perfume, which carries no olfactive memories for me, but which has captured me with its sheer timeless beauty.
