Cologne Bigarade by Editions de Parfums Frederic Malle
I tend to sway with my opinion on this one, but contrary to it's marketed 'freshness' I always find it very dry and dusty. It's probably the spices going a bit bonkers on me; a bit like smelling 20 year old spices from a spice rack you find at a car boot sale.
I have to absolutely slather myself in it if I'm in a odd enough mood to wear it. Longevity is very poor, but it is a cologne. On the plus side, unlike a lot of colognes it doesn't have that 'dipped in vodka' undertone - it is all scent - and if you want a light but dry and spicy orange it may be good for you.

Armani Mania by Giorgio Armani
I think it's trying to be sophisticated but fails spectacularly, so I guess you could call it the chav of perfumes. It's linear, non-descript and seemingly worn by a billion people regardless of whether it suits them or not.
I wouldn't call it completely hideous, but I think it's desceptively difficult to wear. It does smell quite nice on a very few people, but I got very little out of it other than a desire to wash it off as soon as possible.

Jasmin Noir, by Bulgari
My search for my perfect jasmine continues as I could not find it here in the quantity or style I was looking for. I was sooo surprised to see that this is marketed as a woman's perfume because to me - I think I'd much prefer it on a man.
Bulgari have tried to create a new classic and maybe they have, but perhaps should have been more bold and sold it for men. I will have to squirt it on some blokes - just in the interest of science you understand - to see how it fares.
Not to say that I think it's overly masculine and shouldn't be worn by women. It is sophisticated, but on me it was very linear and I need more than that.
