Gris Clair by Serge Lutens

I simply love this smell it's my all time favorite and one that gets lots of compliment either..
I do get a lot of lavender and wood and some smoke towards the end..Just last for days also.
So if you are tired of the too sweet too fruity(mellon)scents that are out there on the mainstream market you should really give this one a try.
Great in warmer and in cooler weather.
Can't imagine annymore that I turned it down the first time I tried it myself I loved it on a colleague of mine but on me I hated it at first..So that was one lesson learned never give up at the firts try..

Sa Majesté la Rose by Serge Lutens

I tried this one about a year ago,and at first found it verry old laddyish but after wearing this for an hour after the first sharp blast of rose has setled down ifound myself sniffing my wrist over and over again. So there i was the next day in the smame store buying my first bottle of Serge Lutens fragrance not nowing how addictif they become!!So now i'm the proud owner of a whole range of Serge and a new one on the way(Serge Noir)But this one will always be my one to go to comfort scent together with Tam Dao and Le Feminite du Bois.I love the true rose i smell in this one and the gaiac wood base is divine it keeps lingering for hours and hours sometimes till the next day.I'm in love and plan to stay that way, will always own a bottle of this

La Chasse Aux Papillons by L'Artisan Parfumeur

love this scent it's spring and summer in a botle,so sad it just last a few hours i just love the first notes of crisp and fresh linden and jasmin with a subtle orange flower.for me it's only fit for warmer weather and not the cold we're having right now too bad i have to wait about six months before using it again so it's back to a la nuit for a heavier jasmin

Sables by Annick Goutal

i wanted to love this one but after the first spritz it was just sickly sweet it almost made me sick and the longivity is exellent so no washing it of.but if you come by it you should try it because at least it's original en maybe my skin chemistry isn't right for this one

Féminité du Bois by Serge Lutens

warm comforting woody some sweet plum and nutmeg what's not to love, still quiet easy to come by here in holland and the good thing is that it's so unknown that you at least do not smelll the same as everybody else(like a fruit basket)i hope shiseido keeps making it it's one of the most comforting scents i know
