Le Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier

I finally decided to smell Le Male last week. I had been hesitant thinking it would be vastly too sweet for my taste, but I was quite surprised. It is of course all about vanilla, but not vanilla wafers or vanilla ice cream, more like vanilla extract straight out of the bottle. Combine this with a woody undertone and it is a very nice scent when worn sparingly... and I do mean sparingly. One thing about it though, it lasts forever. I applied it very lightly the morning of the first day I wore it and the next morning could still smell it quite easily.

parfums*PARFUMS Series 6 Synthetic: Garage by Comme des Garçons

Actually much more wearable than I thought it would be, top notes are a bit harsh, but the dry down is nicely sweet and musty and warmly petrol like. My boyfriend has a thing for big, burly, somewhat dirty, mechanic types and really seems to like this one as well. So it seems it lives up to everything I hoped it would be.

Dalimix by Salvador Dali

I ordered a mini of this one simply because I liked the bottle. I was kind of surprised to find out that I actually liked the juice as well!
At first it reminded me of ckOne, but it developed into something much more interesting. I get citrus, melon and pear out of Dalimix drying down into something, but I don't know what, slightly darker with just a hint of sweetness.
Overall it is a great bottle, and a pretty decent scent at a very reasonable price, I don't see how you could go wrong with this one.

Frank No. 1 by Frank Los Angeles

Recently purchased this one and I am quite impressed. It is very fresh, very ozoney, quite minty at first, but at the same time woody and dark. It is a great office scent, not at all overbearing while still being noticeable. Frank of Los Angeles lists the notes as follows;
grapefruit, lemon, cassis, tagette, angelica seed, ginger root, clove, cardamon, peppermint, green tea, ylang ylang, galbanum, sandalwood

Salvador Dali pour Homme by Salvador Dali

Very dark but sweet the way blood must taste to a vampire. It changes constantly, one moment it is intensely floral, the next it reeks of gasoline. It is not for everyone, probably not for most, women probably won't find it very appealing, but if you have the self confidence to wear it effectively I am certain women will love that confidence.

Kouros by Yves Saint Laurent

Wet, hot, sticky, pungent, sex in a bottle. This is quite possibly the most pornographic scent I have ever smelled. Urine, sweat, ammonia, soap, it isn't polite, it isn't subtle, and it isn't afraid of all of those whimpy fresh fragrances.

A*Men / Angel Men by Thierry Mugler

Smells like a burning chocolate cake. The best thing I found about it was that it washes off with relative ease.
