A*Men / Angel Men by Thierry Mugler

Dark chocolate bar dipped in licorice and sprinkled with coffee beans. It is incredible, only takes one squirt and it lasts an eternity. Great for the colder seasons, can be worn for any occasion depending on your application. Not for me, I prefer the “tea” notes, but still deserves a thumbs up!

No. 88 by Czech & Speake

If smelling like the back of a plastic watch after you've been wearing it for 10 years is what you like then this is for you. Extremely unique scent but not for me, sillage and longevity is moderate. As Schumi said this is something Dracula would wear and I agree, will definitely chase everyone out of the room.

Robin: Batman! I haven't seen you in days. Have you been in the Bat-Cave this whole time?
Batman: Of course I have, Boy Wonder, I've been smelling this entrancing scent that I found on my Bat-News.
Robin: Holy what-do-you-call this dark crusader?
Batman: Lalique Encre Noire, but keep it quiet, Robin, I don't want everyone to know about this marvelous aroma!
Robin: Holy Dynamic Nuclear Ink Blot, Dark Night, it smells like Gotham City after the Penguin, Joker, and the Riddler burned it to the ground!
Batman: Maybe so, Batboy, I could save the world with this Gothic fragrance!
Robin: Holy unbridled sexuality, Batman! I could seduce Catwoman with this and stay up all night with it's diabolical longevity! This will even make Bat-guano smell great!
Batman: Slow down Boy Wonder, even crime-fighters need their sleep.
Robin: Holy Grail, Batman, this is a very sexy incense-y smoke scent - makes me want to put on my spandex pants and take it out on the town for a ride!
Batman: Settle down, Boy Wonder, we have villains to go after. One whiff of this and...BAM, KAPOW, SOCK, CRASH!!

Knize Ten by Knize

I tend to like dry power house scents that are dark but from the beginning to the end all I got was baby powder and something similar to turpentine and band aids. I didn't get any leather. Has great staying power, consistent, strong and lasts over 24 hours. If you want to smell like detergent then get Knize Ten, however it's not for me...definitely sample before you buy.

White Patchouli by Tom Ford

I had heard such great reviews of White Patchouli that I couldn't wait to have my girlfriend try it on. She hated it. As she put it, "the smell threw you onto the floor and stomped on your head". It was rather strong on her skin and it just didn't want to let up on the strong scent of plastic. Hours later and it still smelled like plastic mixed with a heavy pepper, not at all appealing. That said she adored Ford's Black Orchid.

Pleasures by Estée Lauder

I bought this one because my lady friend insisted that she LOVED it. Well it's not the most sexy scent I've experienced on her but she seems rather content with its "light and airy floral expressions" as she likes to say. I tend to agree that it is somewhat unassuming and it does have the staying power for a full day of wearing. Although the floral scents aren't strong it suits her personality very well, flirty without being obvious. Seems to me that what makes her happy will make me happy as well.
