Oooooo! I just received my bottle from Long Lost Perfume. I ordered it on the basis of the reviews on that firm's site plus the one posted by paloma54...hadn't ever smelled the original. I agree about the Christmasy scent...maybe a little bit fir needles and maybe a bit of bayberry? Whatever the blend is, I really like it. It IS bold--maybe even a little masculine--or at least exceptionally assertive.

This is my first review and I don't have the vocabulary yet! Let's just say it is a compelling scent and I like it very much.
