Chance Eau Fraîche by Chanel

Clean, crisp, refreshing, rejuvinating, and mouthwateringly good! A perfect fragrance to have during the summer. The top notes of citrus and cedar create a "wow" effect that awakens your senses. The pink pepper keep it from being a linear scent and creates a nice depth. The florals (water hyacinth & jasmine) provide a feminine quality and nicely balances the pink pepper---maintaining lightness and perhaps that water accord that people are mentioning. The jasmine is not obvious (which is good for me because I detest smelling of jasmine), but I believe that it adds to the superb quality of this fragrance. The bottom notes, again, are well-blended. The amber adds enough sweetness to keep it from being to sour. But the musk, patchouli, vetiver, and teak wood create a subtly sexy aroma when combined with the feminine powdery notes of iris. Chance Eau Fraiche is lovely beginning to end. It lasts most of the day for me and can be worn during the day and at night.

Néonatura - Cocoon by Yves Rocher

Neonatura Cocoon is a warm, earthy fragrance. Many people choose to wear this during the colder months, but I find that I am most drawn to it when I'm in the need for comfort--be it in December or mid-June. It has a mildly sweet scent mixed with an intoxicating aroma that's a must-have. It reminds me of spicy/woodsy, rich dark chocolate wrapped around toasted coconut and nutty almonds. A fine, cozy & comforting scent that's an accessory to any wardrobe.

John Varvatos Woman by John Varvatos

My signature scent--an ALL-TIME favorite! The plum brings out a delightfully sweet aroma---though not too sweet. It's beautiful, sensual, and even a bit comforting (to me at least). The citrus is even noticeable at the beginning....but it only lasts for a few minutes on me. The floral notes blend perfectly with the fruits and create a breathtaking aroma that I can only describe as sensual. I believe the notes in the drydown, along with the beginning and middle notes, create an almost creamy feel that makes you want to lick yourself because you smell just oh so fabulous! The honey, the tonka beans, and the patchouli create depth and make you feel expensive. I notice the oakmoss more when I spritz this fragrance on dry skin. When it mixes with my body chemistry, it melds beautifully and creates a lucious, somewhat decadent and intoxicating aroma that I absolutely ADORE. I get many compliments on this one. My husband also loves it (which is a plus)! I usually wear this any day and all day. On me, the sillage is wonderful!
