The first time I tried Gomma, I got the burnt rubber note. It was "eh". Second try was the charm, I guess. Now I smell a strong similarity to Tabac Blond, which for me is perfect. Can't comment on similarity to Knize Ten. My only wish would be for Gomma to longer lasting.

I was so surprised that I didnt care for the old Ambush, smells a lot like Canoe to me. The new Ambush I do like, but it reminded me of something familiar....then it hit me! Its very similar to VS Garden Sensual Amber, which has jasmine & sandalwood. So this could be a good alternative if VS ever discontinues Sensual Amber, which I hope they won't anytime soon!

This is a nice aldehydic floral, I find it to be closer to vintage Arpege.
