Messe de Minuit by Etro

Dark and gothic, one can almost hear the footfalls echoing down stone coridors, latin chants in the background. Ancient woods, incense, cinnamon and patchouly entwine in one of my most treasured fragrances. I love it.

The Dreamer by Versace

This is one of my few "mens" fragrances - I generally avoid those cliches. Dreamer is a fantasy carnival, the scent of cotton candy mixes with flowers from a nearby field and the spices from the shish-kabob stand along with everything else. It is like nothing else really, and standing on its own, it is a fantastic franrance that evokes strong reactions: you either love it or hate it. I love it!

Number 3 / Le 3me Homme / The Third Man by Caron

A complex mix of spices and florals, whose disingenous drydowm belies the complex treat to come as the base of woods develop. Two hours later, you know this is a superb fragrance.
It evokes the elegant businessman, stock-quotes under his arm, but the dark suit and white shirt are bespoke, from Paris, and the tie from Sulka or Hermes...

Baïme by Maître Parfumeur et Gantier

Green. Green as a top note, green throughout the day. A lovely basil on woods, spices and roots, Baime is refreshing and elegant. A lovely fragrance!

Ambre Précieux by Maître Parfumeur et Gantier

Like opening the door of a Victorian dressing room, an opulent amber sweetend with vanilla intoxicates the nose. Yes, intoxicates is indeed the word, tigrushka!
