Antaeus by Chanel
Like all Chanel scents this is definetly high quality, but it smells a little too dated and distinctly 80s to me. The mix of manly leather and musk with feminine type florals is just a little too chaotic for me.

Le Dandy by D'Orsay
Incredibly unique. The tobacco, whiskey, and fruits combine to create a mixture that smells surprisingly like apple cider. Reminds me of a warm home during late fall or early winter. Lasts a long time, spectacular projection, not ridiculously expensive when compared to similar quality fragrances. Simply a winner in every category.

Jaïpur Homme by Boucheron
Smells very rich and spicy as first, dries down to a floral anf fruity mix that kind of reminds me of Joop. Long lasting and powerful, but I don't like the drydown much.

Gendarme by Gendarme
Basically just smells like soap. If that appeals to you you will like this, if not you won't. A simple and straigtforward fragrance that probably won't offend anybody, but a little too safe for me. Also pretty weak as far as sillage and longevity.

New York by Parfums de Nicolaï
Definetly one of my favorites. Spicy and formal but also with amber, lemon, and other sweets hiding in the background that give it a casual, versatile edge. Extremely long lasting and suitable for almost any occasion. Believe the hype on this one.

Tabaróme Millésime by Creed
This scent is simply beautiful. I definetly smell the tobacco, as well as the sweet giner and floral notes. Feels like a cold, classly, rich scent. Longevity is not great, but better than many Creeds.

Dior Homme by Christian Dior
One of the classiest fragrances I have ever worn. It has flowery and fruity notes somewhat reminiscent of Hanae Mori and Issey Miyake, but it also has a distinct musty note as opposed to the fresh and clean notes of the above 2 scents. As a result it is more dark and classly than fresh and upbeat. A great, slightly more formal alternative to floral and fruity scents. Great longevity.

Habit Rouge by Guerlain
Not a very complex fragrance, basically smells like lemon and powder. However, I like that it is a very classy and formal scent with being overly cliched or boring. Also very strong and has good longevity.

Jazz by Yves Saint Laurent
Somehow all of these notes combine to smell like dove antibacterial soap.

Spark Seduction for Men by Liz Claiborne
The opening is a gorgeous mix of cedar and bourbon, one of the most pleasant scents I have ever experienced. Unfortunately there isn't really a drydown, the topnotes just fade away fairly quickly and there isn't much left to smell after a couple hours. If this lasted longer it would be in my top 5.

Le Mâle by Jean Paul Gaultier
Smells like toothpaste. Doesn't last as long as I expected, but in this case that's a blessing.

Erolfa by Creed
Beautiful salty marine scent that unfortunately only lasts a couple hours on me.

Epicéa by Creed
This is just nasty. I love the scent of pine needles as I'm from Minnesota and that's what the air smells like there in the winter. This doesn't smell like pine needles so much as a mix of a holiday scented candle and tanqueray. Blargh.

L'Anarchiste by Caron
Much less interesting than I had expected. Kind of smells like a holiday potpourii.

Bulgari Black by Bulgari
Doesn't smell like burning rubber so much as tires and tea mixed with vanilla. Not a bad scent, but it had almost no longevity on me.

Shogun by Alain Delon
An aquatic/citrus mix that reminds me a lot of Laguna but doesn't last quite as long. Very pleasant fresh orange scent while it lasts.

Lalique pour Homme Equus by Lalique
Very strange scent, but I really like it. Almost entirely cedar, but the juniper berries are noticeable as well. I really like it.

Bois du Portugal by Creed
Unbelievably dry and woody. Wearing this actually makes me thirsty. Smells like freshly cut firewood with a bit of musk. By far the longest lasting Creed I have ever used. Great scent.

Opium pour Homme Eau de Parfum by Yves Saint Laurent
Chaotic top notes smell like a mix. Drydown, however, is wonderful. Mostly amber with a bit of musk and some gourmand notes. Incredible projection and duration. Beautiful bottle.

M7 by Yves Saint Laurent
Mixes a lot of different ideas. Spicy, dry, sweet, and woody all at once. Kind of smells like a mix of Bois du Portugal and Gucci Envy to me. Very long lasting, incredibly versatile, and a must own in my opinion.

A*Men / Angel Men by Thierry Mugler
I doubt anyone could be neutral about this scent. Incredibly strong, unique, and unbeliveably sweet. Smells like a mix of brownies and candy canes with an oriental base.

Rochas Man by Rochas
Smells like a mix of lavendar and fresh coffee. Decent lasting power, pretty inexpensive. Weird bottle. Overall I like it.

Laguna Homme by Salvador Dali
One of the best fragrances available based on price. Smells as good as any fresh aquatic/citrus out there, lasts pretty long, costs next to nothing. Can't lost.

L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme by Issey Miyake
Really nice mix of aquatic and floral. Smells like a garden floating in a pond. Has a definite Japanese feel to it as the name suggests.

H.M. by Hanae Mori
My personal favorite of all time. It really combines everything I like about fragrances into a single bottle. Smells clean, floral, and alive. Even the EDT lasts forever, EDP even more so. Everyone should at least sample this.

Magnetism for Men by Escada
A big surprise for me. A totally unique scent with no reasonable comparisons whatsoever. Has a slight grape hint. Hard to review because there is simply nothing to compare it to, but I love it.

Envy for Men by Gucci
One of my absolute favorites. Spicy with vanilla and sandalwood. Lasts all day and stays pleasant the whole way through. One of my top 5 of all time.

Platinum Égoïste by Chanel
It took me a few days, but I love this stuff now. At first it's VERY harsh and sterile, but once you get used to it it becomes an incredibly warm and seductive scent.

Samouraï by Alain Delon
A beautiful fragrance. Fresh and aquatic with a strong rose scent that is very well blended and not completely dominant. Takes all the best elements of floral and aquatic scents and mixes them in a way that is just wonderful.
