Adidas Originals pour Homme by Adidas
Smells wonderful, very fresh and clean. This lies very, very close to the skin - almost no sillage, but sometimes you want that.
Classy bottle, methinks.

Jazz by Yves Saint Laurent
I like it - but I'm a sucker for geranium and carnation, which seem to last a while on me.

Rive Gauche pour Homme by Yves Saint Laurent
It smells like the world's classiest, most urbane barber shop.

XS pour Homme by Paco Rabanne
Wearing it today for the first time, after an impulse buy yesterday.
Gotta say that I'm LOVING the drydown - is it the cedar? sandalwood? That slightly sweet lingering note mixed with the musk. Or is that the coriander? Whatever it is, I like it.

Hungary Water by Crabtree & Evelyn
Rosemary and more rosemary. I had this in a very cool bottle with a cork stopper.

212 Men by Carolina Herrera
Been wearing this pretty much every day for the past two weeks - and I've got to say I like it a lot.
It suprises me that it's created by the same nose as M7 - which I couldn't wear at all. 212 is both light and complex - the green notes seem to last a long time on me.
Reminds me an awful lot of DKNY Be Delicious Mens, which was last year's fave.

Acqua di Parma Colonia by Acqua di Parma
The best.
I wore AdP exclusively for years - it goes anywhere, it's good in the day and in the night, and it's very fresh and classy. I still really love the fragrance, but I can't wear it anymore.
I developed a very strange reaction that if I had Acqua di Parma on, I "smell-ucinated" smoke. Strange, I know, but when I stopped wearing it, the phantom smell went away.
I still keep a bottle around though...

Eau Sauvage by Christian Dior
Another one of my very first tries. I think my dad may have worn this when I was very young - it reminds me of the 60s. I'm not in any hurry to try it again, mind you...

DKNY Be Delicious Men by Donna Karan
Fresh and clean - got the appley/lemony notes immediately. Really one of my favorites. Writing this reminds me that I'm out and need more.

M7 by Yves Saint Laurent
I got M7 on a total whim. Big mistake. It was very, very heavy and cloying on me - I felt like I had this M7 aura visible around me. Very cool bottle, however, but I pitched it.

Eau de Hongrie by Fragonard
My mom gave this to me as a souvenir from a trip to Provence. Very summery - clean smelling.
A note on the packaging - it's in a very cool aluminium spray. Supposedly the salespeople told my mom that the cologne would last longer this way; up to 10 years. Not that I'm going to have it that long...

Adidas Classic / Classic Blue by Adidas
This was the first fragrance I ever purchased for myself, at the duty-free shop in Zurich airport.
I second Mr. Russell in his "cheap scent that smelled good" estimation. I may even need to get some again - it'll transport me right back to my youth.

Vetiver by Guerlain
I tried Vetiver as a purchase from the duty-free shop just before a vacation. Honestly, I had to leave it in the hotel. To me, it reminded me most of the elephant house at the Baltimore Zoo. Not a good thing.
