very nice and fresh but with depth....one of my faves. Predominant orange and cedar, lasts very well, not too overpowering either.

Nice for everyday / work wear, not really an evening scent- remains noticable but not overpowering, relatively generic. Long lasting warmth (lasts most of the day for me).

Very nice, settles into a very nice subtle scent. Need to put a lot on though for it to last more than even an hour.

Very nice, slightly oriental and orangey with an attractive almost creosote smell to it's background. Sadly seems to have been discontinued in the UK, but I found some Axe still selling in Tenerife (Sept'06).

weak and boring, no depth. Not a patch on Phoenix.

bit harsh/sharp, air freshener type. not to my liking at all. Long lasting but doesn't have much depth.

I'm not an expert but I think Burberry London for Men is very very similar to Activist (and similarly long lasting). Very nice if a bit overpowering.

Instant - citrussy and fresh (nice)
5 mins - lemon, almost floor cleaner (not so nice)
10 mins - basil and spice come through giving good depth (v nice)
1hr - still nice
4 hrs - gone!

reminds me of Body Shop Activist for Men (not sure if this is still around?). Strong on the cinnamon and mossy/woody smells very long lasting - even after one day and a shower!!
Nice but possibly a touch overpowering.

I too really love(d) this fragrance of Lynx. My last tin has alas now run out and I am desperate to find some more!! Can anyone help or has anyone ever found anything similar smelling?
