Aqua Allegoria Orange Magnifica by Guerlain

Bought this in Paris. I liked it in the store, but when I brought it home and tried wearing it, there was an underlying note I found off-putting. I don't know what that note is, but I can't wear the perfume. Yuck!

Halston by Halston

Halston was a present from a friend a long time ago. It was instant love at first wiff. The woody notes would eventually round out to something else by the end of the day and it was almost like putting on a new perfume - warm and inviting. I wore it for a number of years and moved on to another fragrance,

Boucheron by Boucheron

I used to use Boucheron a few years ago and loved it. It was classy, complex with depth and definitely for the eveing. I don't know why I stopped using it. Maybe I'll give another try. I probably just fell out of love with it. Happens with perfume.

Allure Eau de Toilette by Chanel

I own this fragrance, but have not been wearing it as of late. It is a nice, pleasnat floral that I can wear and smell good in, but not distinctive.

Bigarade by Nina Ricci

Used this perfume many years ago. Really loved the fruitiness of it. Most suitable for the warmer, summer months when the fragrence smelled like the sunshine. Sorry it is no longer avaiable.

L'Air du Temps by Nina Ricci

I have worn this fragrence for years, since I was in college, in fact. For some reason, men notice me when I wear this perfume. Not old and "grandma-ish" at all! A lovely, soft, though assertive, floral that never looses its appeal. My husband's all-time favorite - he even bought me the beautiful perfume with the doves!

Euphoria by Calvin Klein

Love this perfume. Starts out somewhat sharp and ends warm and lush. Sort of goes quiet during the day and then gets going again early evening. I don't agree with the "one note" idea. Perhaps this perfume just doesn't work with that woman's body chemistry. My husband also loves it - and he's very particular.
