Fleur du Male by Jean Paul Gaultier

i am surprised that nobody mentions the similarities between 'fleur du male' and 'eden by cacharel'. (i had a sample of eden edp and i just recognised why fleur du male seemes so familiar). these two fragrances are very, very similar!
just try!
fleur du male should have been called 'eden pour homme' :) (it's justa little bit more masculine)
i like the scent anyway, 'coz i like eden as well.

Rochas Man by Rochas

Good news!
This marvellous fragrance is on the market again. At least in Hungary, I see it everywhere, especially testers are available! I don't know whether they are from previous stock but this fragrance wasn't available here for long and now it is! :)
Pack it!

Hypnôse Homme by Lancôme

It's a great sophisticated fragrance but definately only beyond 30 or 35. Masculine and mature.

Echo by Davidoff

Echo surely does smell like a sweeter and more sythentic updated version of Guy Laroche's Horizon (now discontinued) for me!
However, I liked Horizon much much more!

L'Homme by Yves Saint Laurent

dior homme won the match versus ysl l'homme. :P

here's my guess: the houses of dior and ysl have been rivals ever since.
now, marketers at the ysl house wanted to catch up with the dior house's new men's fragrance release: "dior homme". they had made their own "l'homme" in the light of that, i mean the date of release. what? was a 2 or 3 months between these releases?
at dior they made a brave choice with an unusual scent. it's like egoiste was, it's rather feminine, unusual, strange. i don't like it either but great scents can make such huge divide between people (see kouros).
ysl l'homme is anything but original. it reminds me a coward dolce&gabbana clone. boring, too safe, unoffending. NOTHING SPECIAL, for why we used to like ysl fragrances.
this is my major disappointment in the ysl perfumes. and giving it the name "ysl l'homme"... such a shame!!!!
maybe i'm wrong but it seems the house faces with crisis with tom ford (m7, nu, rive gauche ph, cinéma) leaving them alone :(((

B*Men by Thierry Mugler

ok, this one reminds me of drakkar noir's dry down very-very-very much! for me, it's a little bit brutal, kinda demonic...

L'Uomo Trussardi by Trussardi

this was a great creation. it reminded me of jazz but with warmth. elegant, easy and comforting. don't understand why it was unpopular that they had 2 discontinue it's production :(

Kenzoair by Kenzo

Tempore Uomo by Laura Biagiotti

it's like almost nothing or just cheap deodorant... :P

Horizon by Guy Laroche

the best word that would describe Horizon for me is SENSITIVE... let it be good or bad for anyone. i really loved this fragrance when i was young, it gave me impression of wet rocks at an ocean coast after a cooling rain. fresh and melancolic i have to say ;)

Lolita Lempicka Au Masculin by Lolita Lempicka

2 me it smells a lot like The Dreamer by Versace (that i'm not fond of), however it's sweeter and much better in some ways.

Very Irrésistible for Men by Givenchy

anyone thinks it reminds of 'diesel' by diesel (1996)?
