I tested this fragrance on my skin and was at first very delighted by the light top notes. Very fresh floral bouquet. As the fragrance deepened on my skin, it became stronger. I disagree that it is anything close to Narciso Rodriguez (which leaves me with a headache and the acrid smell on my skin) It is much more of a full floral - still too strong for me. The flowers never softened into a musk and the smell was not warm enough on drydown. Just a loud explosion of flowers. Not sexy. reminds me of office perfume for the older set.

I must admit that I was prejudiced at first against the super sweet fruitiness of Coquette Tropique, however, the oil worked its way into my skin and became a super fresh fruit cocktail with a hint of spice. Definitely a knockout summertime punch. If you want to put on a little dress and flirt with the boys, don't miss this little knockout in the pink bottle. It is really a standout fragrance oil. A little goes a long way so be careful! It is long lasting. Instantly transporting to light carefree days when all you had to do in the summer was go to the pool.

I recently bought a bottle of Hello Kitty from ebay. I was feeling nostalgic for Sanrio days and saw the new Monoberry fragrance by Tristan Brando for Hello Kitty. The fragrance opens with light citrus notes that deepen to a very cute floral. This floral quickly fades into a sweetie sweet scent of straight sugar. Smells like Aquolina's Pink Sugar. Not sexy at all on me. Just sweet like candy sweet tarts I used to eat when I was little after they stuck to my fingers from licking them. Then it has a after smell of citrus mixed with sugar, reminiscent of Tang.

The box is pretty and totally pink.. Love Hello Kitty...this fragrance is not for grown-ups.

I love this scent!!! I have the perfume roll on, the body mist, and the candle. This scent is sweet like the first bloom of a creamy gardenia blossom opening. It is sensual and enchanting. The addition of nag champa makes a girl feel like she is annointing herself with holy oil. The candle has the ability to transport you to the tropics. I could go on and on. I tried the Kai perfume thinking it would be similar, but I found it to be too "green". The gardenia with no sex appeal, no humidity, no incense. Monyette Paris makes men lean in and stay for a while just to get a whiff.
This is a perfume like no other, for all those who love the tropics and who love being sexy!

I first smelled Narciso Rodriquez in Paris and I was intoxicated! It was so chic, so sexy. Very heady. I felt like such an urban sophisticate. I couldn't stop sniffing my wrist. I imagined lying in bed smelling like this all over. And then i bought the EDT (black bottle) As I began using it, however, the drydown is an acrid Egyptian musk. Just like the oil from the street vendors. It immediatly makes my sinuses explode and I get a headache. The fragrance is hard to remove. But I love the way it smells... I sampled the EDP (pink bottle) and the acrid smell is not there. There is less musk and more flowers. No headache. For those of you who love the perfume but hate the headache, try the EDP. Stay away from the EDT.

Fracas has recently become an obsession for me. It is extremely feminine, floral, with deeper resinous notes on the dry down. It calls images in my mind of purple violet flowers growing on a sunny hill. Pure magic. It is a deep floral - Nothing superficial about this scent, but still manages to convey the innocence of fresh flowers. There is a sweet roundness to the blend of essences, no jagged edges, no sharp bursts of scent that may assault your nose, however the scent is very strong. A little of the perfume goes a long way...A must have in any perfume lovers collection.
