Acqua di Parma Colonia Assoluta by Acqua di Parma

interesting juxtaposition and addition of spice and intense florals. i like it a lot but i prefer the original. extremely unisex.

    Kiss Him by KISS

honestly my summary of this is:

a candy drop rubbed and soaked into a KISS member's armpit for 2 hours then air dried...then extracted into a tacky bottle..

Follia di Aquarama by Follia di Aquarama

    an explosive opening of "synth-citrus"
then IMMEDIATELY settles into a dense and cool wood....typical wood smell with hints of the "cumin" or earthy note
but floral and other light notes balance
    great fragrance....interesting evolution

Bois d'Argent Cologne by Christian Dior

Opening: Light, warm, and not too sweet
a very smooth fragrance with the note of leather. The contrast between the sweet and floral iris and the supposedly strong leather creates a balance that i haven't smelled anywhere before.

This is obviously my favorite out of the three but all three are worth buying anytime...

in response to Trebor's comment on the fabric bag for the spray attachment: Mine has a lining though the wool felt material on the outside is crazy and just gets everywhere...the wool is the design flaw

and i actually like the paper label; gives it a very classic and unique feel

my only complaint is the fact that there is no stoppper if you have the spray attachment on. I view this scent more on the spraying side rather than the splashing. But the Plisse topper is genius....i want a speacial brass one...

this fragrance is a must have in any wardrobe.

Herrera for Men by Carolina Herrera

A very classic smelling fragrance with an opening of clean freshness of the grassy and natural note. but there is a note that seems to be off but at the same time works.

    H.M. by Hanae Mori

i call this the milder version of the oh so powerful A*Men. With the juxtaposition between the green and fresh notes and the gourmand and thick notes, a less severe solution is produced. Easy to wear. the opening is a bit too harsh but the dry down is soft and controlled.

    Fahrenheit 32 by Christian Dior

this is my favorite floral scent
easy to wear and lasts long
not too feminine but also not too overly masculine and heavy
it has a bold and round character without being too complex and overpowering

Odeur 53 by Comme des Garçons

    my new favorite "fresh" scent
judging from the notes, it may sound crude and harsh but actualyl it is the opposite.
it is light and not "in your face"
the synthetic characteristics, in my opinion, are so overwhelming. and the way the "notes" play create a very natural sweet rubbing alcohol feel

Flowerbomb Extrême by Viktor & Rolf

    yes
this version is best called extreme...
all the glory that we know of the original flowerbomb is basically bumped up a notch...
stronger vanilla note...deeper or darker sweetness..

Fierce for Men by Abercrombie & Fitch

if you want to smell cheap and like a poser... then buy this
smells like something you can get at walmart...
don't waste your money here or at their store...use it wisely for quality scents

    Antidote by Viktor & Rolf

I had an OD of this antidote...
the bottle is amazingly creative and literal..
i believe the color of green adds to the effect of mystery and complexity of the scent...and ties the whole antidote theme
i was at bloomingdales the other day and they had chocolates in the shape of their wax seal...tasted like crappy white chocolate that fell into a vat of Antidote...haha
yeah...i love the highlights of sweetness within the juxtaposition of dark and sweet...a must buy

    Terre d'Hermès by Hermès

i hate to break the chain of thumbs up
but in my very own opinion this scent is very heavy and dense and litterally smells like semi-clean dirt...terre....
    i prefer the orange...
could have added a hint more of sweetness

    Euphoria Men by Calvin Klein

i prefer the womens version with a tad bit more of masculine tones...
not as smooth...too dense and dark

Paul Smith London for Men by Paul Smith

    horribly dark and heavy
though it's rich and everything ....its to complex and dense for me...
difficult bottle to hold and spray as well...
    though i adore the shape

    Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf

    I melt everytime i smell this...as a guy,
everytime i get a chance to go to a dept. store to see scents...this would be the first or second scent i would ask for a sample just to smell...
amazing theme and concept on the name and bottle construction...
    it is a floral explosion...
i forced one of my friends to put it on...and for the rest of the day...shopping around the mall...i could still smell it...
    perfect...

Prada Amber pour Homme by Prada

Yes...it is truly feminine and powdery and
very baby like...but it's a nice change from the dark and heavy scent we know as the "masculine" scent
