Happy for Men by Clinique

I agree it is a suitable name. It's a light, ordinary, happy and a bit fruity smell. (Note ordinary).

I think it smells nice and it's probably very good for everyday wear, but for me, personally, I wouldn't buy this.

It is B O R I N G .

CK In 2U Him by Calvin Klein

This was not a big deal, nothing special about it at all! The scent is dull, a little different from most CK's but boring. When it dried down, for me, it didn't even smell good.

Have to decline this...

cK one Summer 2007 by Calvin Klein

I'm smelling a sample right now. Don't know what to make out of it. It smells like usual, no surprises but a bit tamer than '06 which I owned. It has less of the citrus now I think. It's good as usual though.

Very Irresistible for Men Fresh Attitude by Givenchy

I sampled it on my hand. Very resistable.

Sunset Heat for Men by Escada

Took a sample today. This is a hot summer frag with extremely fruity opening. The same type of smell as crave but slightly sweeter. It smells good! Considering this among others for a purchase in summer '07.

Fahrenheit 0 Degrés by Christian Dior

Farenheit is so classic to me that any modification of it makes it worse.

The original farenheit is perfect, why change it? It is supposed to be this heavy manly original classic scent. If one wants a summer frag I would recommend a scent made for that purpose.

Cool Water by Davidoff

Clearly a summeroriented fresh fragrance. Haven't smelled GIT actually but I used to think of this as an original scent compared to others. It is kind of one-dimensional but that's what I like about it.

I like it, try it for yourself.

cK one Summer 2006 by Calvin Klein

I wore this during 06's hot months. If you are secure enough to wear unisex this is "summery" and charming. It is very strong in the beginning but fades pretty fast.

But I'm going to be critical. It a bit too fruity and sweet in the long run.
I got tired of it. And couldn't wait to empty the bottle to wear something else more masculine.

212 Men by Carolina Herrera

This frag has a unique feeling when first encountered. Like the bottle too I must say. The citrus and the cut grass somehow makes a beautiful original opening. After a while it settles in and becomes a fresh modern scent comparable to Armani for men. I've considering buying this so I recommend people to test it.

I'm only uncertain how long it lingers on.

M7 by Yves Saint Laurent

This scent attacks your nose and numbs it. Targeted towards the older man. To me it smells like someones "trying too hard".

L'Eau D'Issey pour Homme by Issey Miyake

On the plus side: It lasted for ages on me. 24 hours at least, and that is after I washed my hand.

On the down side: It just didn't appeal to me. Smelled like very nice soap.

Higher by Christian Dior

It smells really fresh in the opening. It fades down to a medioker scent and ultimately disappears among the fragrances that constitutes of "nothing special".

Tommy by Tommy Hilfiger

It smells good. I've owned it for a while. I recommend to try this.

Baldessarini by Baldessarini

I've sampled this three times. The first time I was in awe, the second I must have used a testbottle that was very old or something because it smelled less than great. Then I sampled it again today. It brings the feeling of the Mediterranean sea. A sophisticated yet mystical smell. Sweet but definitely masculine. Pure class.

The only thought that has kept me from purchasing Baldessarini is that I'm unsure whether it really fits my style, since I'm 22. The same goes for "Del Mar".

Boss Selection by Hugo Boss

Fresh and well put together. First reminded me a little of Black Code from Armani, but this is fresher. The scent has a modern tone to it. It doesn't impress but it smells nice.

It's close to a "thumbs up" grade but it is quite ordinary and doesn't bring much originality to the scene as other "Rev. Nathan" suggests.

I could wear this.

Prada Amber pour Homme by Prada

Took a spray on my hand just the other day. Smells okay out the bottle but how one can compare this to Armani code is to me strange. This is a scent wich I say leans towards an old ladys perfume.

Allure Homme Sport by Chanel

Okay smell, I sampled this today. It smells better at the opening then dries to a sweeter tone. I agree that it's a little milky. I don't feel it represents "youth" as some reviwers has hinted.

Armani Code / Black Code by Giorgio Armani

This is a another good fragrance from Armani. I think they have succeded in making a pleasantly heavy scent perfect for both festive evenings and formal occasions.

A bit too pricy but I don't agree that it is short lived. On me it has medioker longevity.

Try it out if you haven't!

Polo Sport by Ralph Lauren

Surprised at the number of bad/medioker reviews. This one is classic to me and smells fresh, good and interesting. A bit too strong perhaps but quite suitable for an active man, especially during the daytime.

I've had it and it has gotten some compliments from girls. So I have to recommend it! :)

Extreme Polo Sport by Ralph Lauren

No, I don't think that this fragrance really captures the spririt of the bungee jumper or whatever. It only captures extremely much pepper.

When it dries down it gets more neutral but the harsh pepper is still there overpowering the underlying sweeter scent wich actually promises something good!

I got this as a gift but didn't use it in more than one or two occasions. For me, it doesn't work!

Acqua di Giò pour Homme by Giorgio Armani

I consider this the best fragrance ever made. Armani has overall excellent quality in their fragrances (black code, armani pour homme) and this is the best they have done.

But yes, I too can feel that it is to common and maybe a little worned out. I'm looking for the new absolute best fragrance. I can also symphatize with "ifconfig" because I know with note you are referring to, I have smelled it sometimes and it can be annoying if you smell this scent too much.

But it really is the IDEAL for the average young man, aged 18-35. Everything you need: fresh, sexy, mystic and masculine. On a young man during the summer months it is unbeatable to date if you ask me. The charts don't lie.

But, I do hope for some tough competition among summer fragrances 2007.

Fahrenheit by Christian Dior

The classic scent that still feels modern!

This is a classy heavy scent and extremely recognizable. Understandably, not every skintype pulls it off well and not everyone will like this original smell but it does give the feeling of masculinity and confidence.

I've had it for many years in my collection and I have gotten very many compliments on this one from girls, and even guys too! And I experience incredible lasting power from this one unlike so many fragrances out there. I think it is perfect for colder evenings and I really recommend people to sample-smell it.

Between Sheets by Van Gils

It's pretty recognisable and popular here in Sweden. I think it is a okay fragrance and it does have a pleasant smell and I owned it for a while. Got tired of it though. It is suitable for evenings but could be worn daily.

I recommend you sample this one if you haven't.
