Baldessarini by Baldessarini

Got a 2.5 oz. bottle at TJ Maxx for $19.99. This is VERY quality stuff, but being a eau de cologne-has very short longevity. Still, the fragrnace is quite refreshing. A bit powdery, floral, and very clean. Very invigorating-like a bresh of fresh mountain air to wake up to in the morning. If you do the Marshalls/TJ's route, it's well worth the asking price.

Ungaro III by Ungaro

Very dark and sophisticated, much akin to Trussardi Umo. Unfortunately, most women tend not to like these heavy, manly scents if you use it to get noticed. I like it though, as well as the simple, elegant packaging it comes in.

Lucky Number 6 for Men by Lucky Brand

I like this more than the original Lucky Brand fragrance. The first was a bit too alcoholic and sharp. This one is more floral and incense like. The bottle with the chinese lettering is awesome. Unfortunately however, its staying power is far too short-like the original.

Grain de Plaisir by Maître Parfumeur et Gantier

This is how Eau Savage SHOULD have been.

Blu pour Homme by Bulgari

A nice slightly sweet, fresh fragrance that has been done before many times. Not bad, not great either.

A*Men / Angel Men by Thierry Mugler

Sickly sweet and cloying. Those are the only words I can use to describe this horrid fragrance.

Givenchy Gentleman by Givenchy

Gentleman was very ahead of its time when launched. Unfortunately it doesn't hold up so well today. Much like Joe Frances said, you simply could not put this fragrance on for the office. It is much too sharp and cloying. But as he also said, it smells wonderful after a few hours of evolution. It reminds you of a smoking a fine cigar, or the smell of luxurious leather. I don't think many younger women could appreciate this unfortunately, or males for that matter. I can only recommend it for the 40+ age bracket.

Eau Sauvage by Christian Dior

Nothing to smell here except the LEMON, and LOTS of it! I never really understood the fascination with this fragrance. Who wants to smell like a lemon? Now if they threw some kind of tobacco top notes in there this could be much more interesting. Instead, it is a flat, citrusy odor with little to no evolution. :(

Cacharel Pour L'Homme by Cacharel

Cacharel is a very pleasant and light mix of Floral and spices. It doesn't seem to change at all from application to drydown, yet that isn't a bad thing, because it smells wonderful. I really have never found anything else like it. Difficult to describe, and VERY unique. A must have. ;)
