    Maderas De Oriente by Myrurgia

Lingeringly, hauntingly sandalwoody and "exotic": that's how it smelled to me when first sniffed in the early 1980s in Poland. Myrurgia stopped production a few years later, I believe. I have a vintage bottle, probably from the 1940, with the fragrance darkened and thickened. It doesn't smell as good as the fresh scent brought from Spain in the 80s, alas.
