This stuff is so great. I buy the organic unfiltered stuff by the gallon and use it not only for food (salads, soups etc) but also in place of soap and shampoo in the shower. Supposedly soap destroys the natural barrier of the skin while ACV does not. Soap dried out my skin way more than ACV, and I don't have to use nearly as much moisturizer (100% jojoba oil is best I find). Especially great on the face, armpits, and feet. ACV cured my athelete's foot and various rashes I used to get. I do use (natural organic) soap on my hands though since ACV isn't as intense of a cleaner, under the fingernails etc.
