    I have seen some distillers that are venturing into new territory with the grains they use in their whiskies. Quinoa, Spelt, Oat, Hops, etc. If you have tried any of these whiskies, please tell about your experience.

    I have tried the Corsair Mosaic, a hop whiskey. It had a very unique aroma and flavor, which i liked at first. Then, my friend who is a physician assistant made a comparison of the aroma to a GI bleed, which rather ruined it for me .
