I usually stick to evergreen scents for most of December (and most of winter.) Serge Lutens Fille en Aiguilles has been a favorite, but I need to mix it up a little bit. Any suggestions?
I have and love Winter Woods by Sonoma Scent Studios and some CdG Hinoki. I've got a little Cade aftershave splash (sadly discontinued...curse you L'Occitane) but that's more of a spicy juniper.
I'm curious about Norne and Arso. Any other must-try scents for the holidays?
Thanks for any info.
Norne is an excellent and very green coniferous scent.
Krigler Good Fir is expensive but definitely worth sampling.
Hey, the humble and inexpensive Pino Silvester has a certain charm at any time of the year.
CdG Hinoki is very worthwhile.
Frankincense-based scents are worth checking, as they can have a coniferous note and have Christmas connotations. E.g., Czech & Speake's Frankincense and Myrrh, Neal's Yard Frankincense, Aesop Mystra.
